Project description:
● Project goals:
○ Building dashboards.
○ Development and modification of applications to display social media data
(like counts, shares, favorite posts, what's flying, view counts, user
counts, new arrivals).
○ The data are typically displayed on large screens (e.g. in corridors, how the
company is doing…).
● Main technologies: ReactJS as FE, NodeJS as BE
● Communication: slack, zoom
● Management and control of the work: by local PM
● Testing: by local QA
● Everything is connected to the cloud. Infra is not addressed. Deploy automated. All
documentation for the assigned work will be provided.
● DB: multiple types including SQL
● Customers/users are large international companies - VW, McDonald's, UFC, Bolt,
ING, MLS, Eurosport, Lacoste

1 . Hình thức, thời gian làm việc và báo cáo công việc:

- Hình thức làm việc: Fully remote hoặc onsite (nếu ở Hà Nội)
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h/ ngày từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, nghỉ thứ 7, chủ nhật
- Giờ làm việc cụ thể: Theo giờ làm việc của châu Âu (+4h đến +6h so với giờ Việt Nam tùy theo mùa). Tuy nhiên, sau khi làm quen công việc, nhân sự hoàn toàn có thể thỏa thuận với teamlead về giờ làm việc cụ thể miễn sao đảm bảo công việc hoàn thành.
- Báo cáo công việc: Báo cáo ngắn gọn công việc hàng ngày hoặc hàng tuần theo form Dự án và Công ty.

2 . Chế độ lương thưởng, phúc lợi
- Chế độ nghỉ phép: Theo Quy định của Luật Lao động Việt Nam và Quy định của Công ty. Sau mỗi tháng làm việc, người lao động có thêm 01 ngày nghỉ phép, một năm làm việc đầy đủ có 12 ngày phép.
Người lao động thông báo trước 2 tuần về thời gian nghỉ phép cho Công ty và cho Quản lý dự án mà mình đang làm việc để sắp xếp lịch nghỉ phù hợp.
- Chế độ nghỉ lễ tết: Theo Quy định của Luật Lao động Việt Nam, bao gồm Tết dương Lịch 1/1, Tết Âm lịch, Giỗ tổ Hùng Vương 10/3, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9…
- Bảo hiểm Xã hội, Bảo hiểm Y tế và Bảo hiểm Thất nghiệp
- Bảo hiểm sức khỏe hàng năm (hỗ trợ chi phí nằm viện, chi phí chữa bệnh ngoại trú, nội trú…)

- Review tăng lương tối đa 2 lần/ năm.
