Seal Commerce is looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, hungry team working to bring the power of top-of-mind SaaS products to thousands of customers around the world. The Inbound Marketing Manager will build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategies, focus on content strategy and partnership planning and conversion optimization, aligned with business targets. This individual has a passion for the challenge of being able to rank a website and an app at the top of the first page on Shopify App Stores and other search engines!

  • Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals.
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategies, focus on content strategy and partnership planning and conversion optimization, aligned with business targets.
  • Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity.
  • Use customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends to promote the brand, services & products.
  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic & drive revenue from marketing and sales.
  • Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
  • Proactively research best practices, industry trends, and competitor activity to develop marketing programs focused on customer retention and growth.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
  • Complete regular customer audits to ensure optimal platform use.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and best practices internally and to customers.
  • Managing overall execution and performance of inbound marketing team, including content marketing and conversion, partnerships, and optimization.

 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • 8+ years experience in a similar role or a strong marketing background.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Inbound Marketing, or related role.
  • Experience in ecommerce industry.
  • Understanding of web design.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English & Vietnamese communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Working knowledge of user experience journey maps and how to those journeys into compelling products.
  • Proficient in developing, executing and measuring demand generation that keeps and customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
  • Partnerships and promotions experience (discounts/ sales/ referral benefits, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the AAARRR Funnel, Stickness, ARPU, ROI, Target Audience, Buyer personas,
  • Buyer's Journey.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media).
  • Understands and has knowledge in UX/UI/Web Design best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO.

  • Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,500/Month
  • Performance review: 2 times per year.
  • Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Performance bonus: up to 3 months.
