What you will be doing:

• Write high-quality, clean, elegant, maintainable, and testable code.
• Build product requirements based on requirements, while refactoring out common libraries for a long-term codebase.
• Improving stability and user experience.
• Involve and proactively refine the engineering practices.

What you need to have:

• Significant professional experience with Node.js languages. Experience in another language (e.g. Node.js, Java, Go, etc) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, databases, and caching (RDBMS, NoSQL, Redis).
• Strong technical discipline and habits to produce clean code (TDD, Refactoring).
• Familiarity with software release management and deployment (Git, CI / CD).
• Familiar with IaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, etc).
• Familiar with performance tuning of web servers, massive concurrency handling, caching mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of software design best practices (12-factor apps, Gang of 4 algorithms).
• In-depth understanding of data structures and other computer science fundamentals.
• Comfortable operating in a Linux environment.
• Comfortable working in Agile Methodology environment.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of queue systems (Kafka), API gateways (Kong etc).
• Understanding of Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Maintaining CI / CD pipelines, integrating compliance and security into the delivery.
• Maintaining security testing cadence (SAST, DAST, SCA and PenTests).
• Familiarity with applied cryptography.
