- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholder
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Backend:Ruby (on Rails), Go ,Amazon Aurora(MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
- FrontEnd:Nuxt.js / Vue.js, ReactJS
- Mobile App:Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
- Deploy/ Build:CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
- Others:swagger, Docker, ZenHub, Figma

Must-haves:
- Empathy for Andpad's mission and values.
- Experience in software development at least 3 years
- Japanese language skill: N2 level or more
- Over 2 years of working experience as BrSE.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving as well as teamwork skills with pro-active and independent concentration
- Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
- Well-organized, creative and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
