QA/QC Leader

 Salary:  55,000,000 gross

DESCRIPTION

- Position objectives:

• Be a Quality Assurance leader in software development projects, who takes accountabilities to ensure software quality meets project requirements and user's expectations.
• QA Leader will work with project teams to create and implement a detailed plan to ensure the overall quality of products and applications of the project. He will be responsible for identifying quality risk as well as recommendations for Software Quality improvement across the Product life cycle.

- Role and Responsibilities:

• Effectively and efficiently lead the testing team in the projects in multiple locations to ensure software quality.
• Enable continuous improvements through insightful quality reports and lessons learned.
• Identify Quality Risk associated with the project, requirements, timelines, and address it to the stakeholders with a solution, suggestions on how to mitigate risk.
• Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including the business owner development team.
• Implement best practices testing process and tools.
• Optimize existing testing processes for different types of projects.
• Drive and influence a culture of quality across all levels of projects
• Define which test cases will benefit from automation tests to improve software quality and testing efficiency.
• Meet project’s quality requirement.
• Meet project cost and timeline target.
• Exchange, explain, challenge, convince and require flexibility to compromise to reach the agreement.

REQUIREMENT

• College or University degree and above in IT & related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing (functional and non-functional) (including Web applications, Mobile applications, API testing, SQL).
• Minimum 2 years in the Quality Assurance leader role.
• Advanced knowledge in quality best practices, and software testing methodologies (Test process, test technique, test type, tools...).
• Basic knowledge in automation testing tools such as Postman, Jmeter, and Selenium (a plus).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with related stakeholders.
• Ability to remain agile and work effectively with shifting priorities.
• Organizational skills, detail-oriented, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Be a curious learner to enhance knowledge and experience in new technologies and testing best practices.
